İzmir Bakırçay University was established as a State University with the law numbered 6745, dated 20.08.2016, and 5 Faculties (Science-Literature, Law, Economic, and Administrative Sciences, published in the Official Gazette dated 07.09.2016 and numbered 29824). Engineering and Architecture and Faculty of Health Sciences), 3 Schools (Vocational, Justice Vocational and Foreign Languages ​​Schools), and 3 Institutes (Institute of Science, Social and Health Sciences). In addition, İzmir Bakırçay University Faculty of Medicine has been added to our faculty by giving 30 quotas with the decree dated 26.03.2018 and numbered 2018/11593 published in the Official Gazette numbered 30431 dated 25.05.2018.
