Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University

Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University is a public university established in Tokat in 1992.

Our university, named after the Hero of Pleven Gazi Osman Pasha, was established on 03.07.1992 pursuant to Article 24 of the Law No. 3837 in Annex. Faculty of Agriculture was opened under Cumhuriyet University. Gaziosmanpaşa University, which consists of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Niksar Vocational School, Tokat Vocational School, Zile Vocational School, Erbaa Institute of Science, and Social Sciences Institutes, established its units as a university on 01.11.1992. The language of instruction is Turkish.

Gaziosmanpaşa University Taşlıçiftlik Campus is 9 km from the center of Tokat Province on the Amasya road. It was established on a 2000 decare land in Taşlıçiftlik area.

Gaziosmanpasa University aims to contribute to the socio-cultural and economic development of the people of the region, as well as its international duties, and to open up to the international arena.

Gaziosmanpaşa University is a young university that embraces the public, is a modern, dynamic, sharing, participant, produces information and technology and contributes to the economic, social, and cultural structure of the region.

Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science and Letters, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Agriculture, Institute of Science, Institute of Health Sciences, Institute of Social Sciences, School of Physical Education and Sports, School of Health, School of Foreign Languages, Zile Dinçerler Tourism Management and Hotel Management School, Almus Vocational High School, Artova Vocational High School, Erbaa Vocational High School, Niksar Vocational High School, Pazar Vocational High School, Reşadiye Vocational High School, Tokat Vocational High School, Turhal Vocational High School, Zile Vocational High School, Koyulhisar Vocational High School, Erbaa Health Services Vocational High School, Turhal Education and training continues in Vocational Schools of Health Services. Also Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, State Conservatory. Tokat Health Services Vocational School has been opened. Studies are ongoing for student admissions.
